We put our team first — both students and staff. Whether we're setting prices, planning expansions, or making everyday decisions, the people who make Ascend what it is are always at the front of our minds. When our team thrives, our students thrive.
Community and Inclusion
For far too long, certain groups and demographics have been undervalued by the education system. At Ascend, we believe that as educators we have a fundamental responsibility to lift up every student. We work to make this activity accessible and welcoming to everyone, no matter their background.
Holistic Learning
We don't only focus on winning rounds at Ascend. More importantly, we help students find and craft their individual voices, build confidence, and develop the determination, grit, and adaptability that serve them long after the tournament ends.
Give Back
We are committed to giving back to the community that has given us so much, both as a company and as individuals. From free year-round coaching to substantial financial aid, we reinvest in the students and programs that make this activity possible. Students who want to lead that work can apply to the Ascend Student Council.
